Thicker, Stronger, Replacement Top Platform
If you have a heavier piece of gear that you would like to put on top of your Vulcan™ Audio Rack or Vulcan TT Turntable Rack, step up to the Vulcan replacement 21mm Top Platform.

The replacement Top Shelf is 21mm-thick, which is 40% thicker than the standard Vulcan rack top platform. As a result, the Add-on 21mm Top Platform supports up to 104 lbs. (47 kg) compared to 80 lbs. (36 kg) for the standard Vulcan top platform. The total weight capacity for a Vulcan is 220 lbs. (100 kg).

The Top Platform is 23.75" wide, 18" deep, and 0.83"-thick (21mm). The dense MDF shelf is wrapped in a special vinyl material that is attractive and very easy to clean. The vinyl finish resists scratching, scuffing, and most liquids. The front and sides of the shelf are contoured for a streamlined look.
